We're currently building up our teams based in our Makati office. We're looking for talented, engaged and resourceful people to join our organisation to help build it and grow with it.

With your work experience and great attitude you will be making a difference by helping us achieve our mission to accelerate internet in the Philippines. In the process you will learn more about the technology and will work in a super unique organisation which has foreign management but is servicing the Philippines market.

As we're growing, and will continue to grow in the foreseeable future we require an HR Assistant who has solid experience in the full HR cycle from recruitment to onboarding, to help us with our ambitious human capital operations. The HR Assistant will need to be flexible, primarily looking after internal recruitment in a holistic end to end employee lifecycle view. You will need to manage your time in such a manner so as to remain responsive to our projects and timelines.

You will be rated on your ideas and execution and this will ensure your career is as rewarding as what you put in. 


Job responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

  • Understanding business context
  • Placing job ads on external and internal website
  • Responding to applicants, employees, and customers
  • Administering testing, screening and checking references
  • Recruiting individuals from other direct sources
  • Head hunting (e.g. LinkedIn etc)
  • Maintaining social media engagement for job seekers
  • Performing interviews and selling our company and values
  • Performing inductions and ensuring new starters understand company values and expectations
  • HMO administration
  • Employee engagement activities
  • Policy making
  • An ideal candidate would be: 
  • Analytical, and can give the output asked for without having to be explained everything in full
  • Self-starter, once given the task can push it forward and see it through until it is done without having to be constantly reminded or corrected
  • Curious, asks questions and outgoing enough to talk to employees about their work or day regardless if they are new to the company
  • Able to multitask, and can work on multiple projects at the same time without compromising the quality of the final output
  • Objective, and able to take feedback in all its forms and take it as points that they could improve themselves on



  • Required:
    • At least 2 years experience in the HR field
    • Familiar with Recruitment, Onboarding, REM & BEN, and Offboarding
    • Understanding of software technologies and skill/competency groups and equivalencies
    • High level of understanding of business line requirements preferably gained from exposure to software or shared service teams engaged in external consulting or internal project work
    • A working knowledge of online web systems and general computer skills (e.g. email / Word processing)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage various stakeholder groups such as competing internal recruitment requirements, vendors and activities.
  • Preferred:
    • STEM background
    • With international experience or has worked with expats
    • Events organizing (internal and external)
