Duties and responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Manager/Generalist who has at least 5 years of solid professional experience in end-to-end employee life cycle or has undertaken a generalist role in the different facets of human resource, such as but not limited to recruitment and staffing, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and performance management.

Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Ensure timely processing and release of employees’ pay by closely coordinating with the Payroll department for leaves, undertime, off site duty, etc.
  • Monitor the compliance reports as well as the remittances of statutory contributions in SSS, PhilHealth, BIR, Pag-IBIG, etc.
  • Liaise with external clients to progress other employee benefits such as HMO coverage, loans, corporate discounts, etc.

Talent Acquisition and Optimization

  • Create and post job advertisements in both internal and external recruitment systems and websites
  • In coordination with the Recruitment Team, conducts resume screening and headhunting to attract potentially qualified candidates and administers employment testing techniques to ensure a person-job match and culture-fit among successful applicants
  • In coordination with the Legal Team, prepare the details of the job offer and
  • In coordination with the Admin & Recruitment Team, facilitate employee onboarding by communicating company values and objectives, providing realistic job preview, and setting individual expectations
  • In coordination with Department Heads, develop modules and programs in handling trainings to address gaps and exigencies in employee work performance

Organizational Planning and Development

  • Understand business line requirements, software technologies and skill/competency groups and equivalencies
  • Advance organizational objectives by developing programs to address the same
  • Conduct job analysis as basis in identifying resource allocation and staffing needs
  • Analyze and formulate strategies to ensure business profitability and stability through policy-making, succession planning, etc.
  • Ensures proper documentation of 201 files and maintain confidentiality of pertinent records

Employee Relations and Performance Management

  • Ensure Company compliance to Philippine Labor Laws
  • Issues notices and heads the disciplinary arbitration in handling employee grievances
  • Mediate, when necessary inter-employee conflict or disputes
  • Develops performance metrics to assess professional growth and compliance with existing work standards imposed by law and the company
  • Initiates engagement activities to boost employee morale and encourage smooth interpersonal relations among all team members as well as between the employees and management



  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management and other related degree programs
  • Degree in Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Juris Doctor (JD) or units earned in Labor and Employment courses are preferred
  • Outstanding and solid work experience in an HR Generalist role or a similar function
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Has previous experience transacting with DOLE or NLRC in handling labor disputes and employee grievances
  • Strong working knowledge or exposure to software technology, online web systems or the IT industry
  • Has a high degree of professionalism, propriety and morale
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Neutral and able to think critically in situations that are otherwise complicated in nature
  • Applicant should have a proven track record in a similar role
