We're currently building up our teams based in our Makati office. We're looking for talented, engaged and resourceful people to join our organisation to help build it and grow with it.

As an early staff member you will have the potential for massive growth as the business is on an incredible trajectory targeting 30% growth of month-on-month this quarter. With your work experience and great attitude you will be making a difference by helping us achieve our mission to accelerate internet in the Philippines. In the process you will learn more about the technology and will work in a super unique organisation which has foreign management but is servicing the Philippines market.

 

Skills required:

  • Excellent client service skills
  • Advanced-level internet, computer, and research skills to analyse and/or edit, data provided
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, additional foreign languages an advantage
  • A proven ability to communicate with a diverse group of people in a clear and neutral manner
  • Knows how to probe and ask questions to yield best information
  • Be comfortable communicating with business executives in diverse industries
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and competing deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • A hands-on and a can-do mentality
  • Self motivated and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed expectations
  • Be creative and persistent in finding ways to reach target audience
  • Possess poise and confidence and the ability to think quickly

 

Competencies required:

  • Self-starter, once given the task can push it forward and see it through until it is done without having to be constantly reminded or corrected
  • Curious, asks questions about the product and the services that the Company offers as well as talk to employees about their work and how it affects theirs
  • Able to multitask, and can work on multiple projects at the same time without compromising the quality of the final output
  • Self-improving, someone who has the desire to know more about new products, concepts, and ideas, and able to suggest new ways of doing tasks despite the possibility of getting rejected
  • Objective, and able to take feedback in all its forms and take it as points that they could improve themselves on

 

Job responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Identify and clearly and concisely articulate business problems, recommend solutions and the resulting business implications
  • Use the Internet and public documents for research and generate leads through a variety of efforts including, email, web, discovery and individual research, or phone campaigns and analysing client-generated data, inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, past sales data and market trends
  • Closely work with Account Managers in looking for or closing potential clients and managing items that could lead to that
  • Report progress of sales or marketing activities to Line Manager and suggest improvements when necessary
  • Building saturation, cold-calling potential clients, connecting with people through LinkedIn and conferences or networking events
