The Outbound Sales Team Lead oversees the day-to-day function of sales agents and ensures that all targets are met or exceeded.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive the team’s targets and performance
  • Monitor and update operational performance and attendance of sales agents
  • Ensure systems are updated at all times and generate performance or operational reports for the management as needed
  • Focus on improving the customer experience through call listening or quality checking, coaching and feedback
  • Develop the team through coaching, training, and identifying skills gaps
  • Design and facilitate training and coaching sessions including mock calls, product and market training, CRM training, etc.
  • Manage escalations when needed
  • Track and record escalations to improve future customer interactions
  • Proactively conduct research to identify potential clients and ideal industries for RISE products and services
  • Conduct team huddles or briefs and ensure all relevant business communications are relayed to the team
  • Handle all customer information based on data privacy law

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Experience in driving sales performance in a supervisory role
  • Outbound sales experience preferably in the BPO or call center industry
  • Have advanced-level internet, computer, and research skills to analyze and/or edit, data provided
  • General computer skills including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and experience in a Reporting/Dashboarding  tool
  • Proven ability to communicate with a diverse group of people in a clear and neutral manner
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Knows how to probe and ask questions to yield the best information
  • Comfortable communicating with business executives in diverse industries
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and competing deadlines with strong attention to detail
