The Synacy Software Engineering Graduate Program is not your typical corporate intake. The engineering teams are small and dynamic and this program is a combination of classroom training and real world environment. We aim to cultivate a culture that differentiates us from the rest. We believe in finding people who are the perfect mix of skill and ingenuity. We encourage people to take initiative, explore new ideas, and think outside of the box. It gives a place for those who want to experience the style of work with a large engineering group employing agile methodologies in a flat organisational structure without strict roles. Not to mention, we provide our employees with what they need, that includes the right tech, food, coffee, and flexible working hours.

We are looking at engaged fresh graduates but also consider engineers with up to 2 years experience. The Synacy Graduate Program will be remote-first and asynchronous, guided by the best engineers in our team. You may use your high-speed internet connection at home while learning with us in the program. But you can also use our office in Cebu (or Makati). You might be needed once a week in the office to meet and discuss with your mentors, but only for those based in Cebu.
